Terrible quality and awful service. The dresses I ordered arrived damaged and of cheap quality. I called customer service and they refused to give a refund – saying that they only refund in "store credit." The man on the phone (Trevor Williams - who apparently seems to be the only one in the customer service department) was incredibly rude. Would never shop here again or recommend this place to anyone. Terrible terrible terrible.

Quality of product was terrible. I got three dresses, same size based on sizing chart. SO inconsistent! And I am shocked about the store credit only return policy. When I called them to ask, due to my event being canceled because of COVID - the customer service representative was incredibly rude and inflexible in any way! DO NOT SHOP HERE!

This is the most overpriced boutique for basic clothing. The items I received were not the right color because they edit their pictures to make the clothing pieces look more attractive. You can LITERALLY get the same clothing for 1/4 the price at Ross, TJ Maxx, and Marshall’s. Don’t waste your money. Their customer service and returns policy is a joke. If you want a cute boutique, try Bohme or Fancy Frills. This is a waste of time.

placed an order mid October. Well they changed their policy to only allow returns to go to instore credit. I must have missed that somewhere and didn't realize it till I got my order and both dresses dont fit right.. I asked if I could do a return one time because the policy change had only occured a few weeks prior and got a flat out no. Wish the customer service line could be a bit more understanding of my situation as i spent $150 that i have to be forced to purchase something off the website now. And I have to pay for shipping the return which is another $12. didnt have a good experience and dont plan on buying anything from here ever again just becuase of the poor customer service. I wont be recommending to friends. To have a good company you need good costumer service as well.

I bought over $200 worth of dresses for family photos and none of them worked for my family, so I returned them. My order was received by their warehouse on July 13th but I have yet to receive my refund and it's been almost a month. I have called every week and they tell me the same thing which is they are behind because of COVID (which I totally understood), they just hired someone and they will be caught up with my order by the end of the week. I have been told this same thing every week. I just called back and the person gave me horrible attitude and said the phone got disconnected. I have never made a bad review but I feel my experience with this company needs to be shared!!

Where to even start. I wish I could give this boutique zero stars. The problems started when I received the dress I ordered. I paid $80 for a white dress. The dress is completely see through, extremely stiff and cheap fabric, and a ton of thread ends are loose. I then contacted customer service the day I received the dress to return it. On their website it states “will be provided with a pre-paid shipping label”, however when you return through the portal they make you pay for shipping. When I contacted customer service I was told they won’t pay return shipping even after I sent them a screenshot of the above statement. I then had to leave town before getting a response back from them but thought it was fine since I was returning before the 30 days. After returning home, I contacted them back and said I will return it for a full refund and pay return shipping myself since the dress is such bad quality I will never wear it. They then told me 30 days is over since it’s from the day it was ordered. They do not account for processing time or shipping time (which was extended due to Covid). I’ve had the dress in my possession for 23 days but they won’t accept a return. Very obvious that this was just an excuse again to not refund the item. I haven’t had such a bad quality product and bad quality customer service experience in a very long time. Just STAY AWAY from this company.

I like the selection of clothes they offer but tried to leave a bad review for one of their dresses. I washed it and the top layer of the dress shrunk but the bottom layer stayed the same length. I did not follow the washing instructions and indicated that on the review. They would not publish my review. I wanted to warn people that they needed to follow the washing instructions if they purchased the dress. I like transparency in places that I shop and they filter their reviews. Will not shop there again.
