If I can give 0 stars I would. I bought several shirts my first order and everything is ridiculously oversized, one of the shirts looked like it was at least 4 times bigger and I’m a usual large-XL depending on where I shop. They have no exchange process. When I called in I got to choose two choices. either return all items and wait for them to give you STORE CREDIT or buy all items and return old ones which did not make sense considering he never offered a refund. Oh and by the way you pay shipping. One of my shirts had lots of thread coming out of the seams. And whoever Trevor is with customer service was HORRIBLE! I got hung up on by him twice as I’m only trying to figure what I’m gonna now do with several shirts way to big as Trevor with customer service hangs up on you. Do not recommend!!

Sent my item to the wrong address and said it was not their responsibility accusing me of giving the wrong address and then stopped responding once I showed a screen shot proving I have the correct address. Horrible customer service don’t shop here.

There is no “return policy” that involves you getting a refund. Its either store credit or “sorry! You lost your money, it was a final sale” (but dont tell you that upon purchase of course!) good luck!

I ordered a jacket, but it was too small. I asked to exchange it for a bigger size and they told me I had to keep it and I couldn’t return or exchange because it was on sale. But it didn’t say anything about “final sale” on the item or when I checked out. I was shocked so I contacted them to request and exchange for a larger size and I offered to pay for the shipping. There’s answer was “no!” Buyer beware! Do not purchase any item on sale from them! There’s no way to know if it will fit properly or if you will like it. It’s too big of a risk in my opinion. What happened to taking care of your customer? Highly disappointed!

I would give them zero stars if possible. They sent me items with stitching falling apart and sewn like a pile of spaghetti on each cuff. I sent photos and "Trevor" stated "I don't see anything, it's clearance so you can't return it. I want to remind you our return policy is clearly stated on our site." Soooo..... you sent a defective item and it is MY fault??? A quick BBB search shows they have ONLY 'F' RATINGS as well! DO NOT SHOP HERE, THEY SEND JUNK OR WRONG ITEMS THEN LIE SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO FIX THEIR ERROR. Edit: You mean on sites where you can edit your reviews and pay to delete the negative ones? Funny how these sites, including the BBB with all of your F RATINGS, can't be "bought". I hope people DO see the reviews of your TERRIBLE QUALITY, RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOW CUSTOMERS HAVE TO DISPUTE WITH THEIR CREDIT CARDS AFTER YOU SEND THEM JUNK AND LIE. Please, please, please let them see. GO TO THE BBB! GO TO YELP! GO HERE TO TRUSTPILOT AND TAKE A LOOK AT THEIR REVIEWS.

We were at the Layton, Ut location today. We went to the register to ask if an online coupon could be used in the store and the girl became VERY angry because my daughter threw some dresses on the floor in the fitting room. She may have had a good point, but she was SO angry and mean. She told us their clothes were too expensive to be treated like that and if we did it again we were not allowed to try on anything in the future. I’ve never been treated with such anger. She could have spoken kindly.

DO NOT ORDER from them. The sizes are all over the place. The quality is not worth the price. They will not refund your money - only offer you store credit. You have to pay shipping back. Their customer service agent, Tyler, was not helpful or empathetic at all. I don't know how they are still in business or can even call themselves a business. SHAME ON THEM! They are ripping people off.
