Bella Ella BoutiqueReviews of bellaellaboutique.com

The clothes are really cute and I love the fact that they aren't clothes you can just buy anywhere. Unfortunately I did have to return an item but the customer service was amazing and quick to respond. When I thought the order was messed up they even helped me to quickly resolve the issue (which ended up being an issue on my part) I will continue to order from here and recommend my friends!

I used to love ordering online from this store, but I won't buy from them anymore. I returned some items and even with the confirmation of returning the items within the allotted time, Bella Ella keeps disputing my bank. I wouldn't recommend purchasing from this vendor unfortunately!

Will never purchase from Bella Ella Boutique again. I recently ordered 3 dresses and received them in a timely manner. All 3 were ill fitting and given that they were all size medium, it was surprising that one was huge, the other too tight, and the third way too short. I logged in to follow the process for returns, and was unable to select 2 of the 3 dresses I wanted to return, so I emailed their customer service. Their response informed me that 2 of the dresses I had purchased were final sale and therefore non refundable. I was shocked since I hadn't noticed any 'final sale' language anywhere during the shopping and checkout process. I asked them to tell me where it was indicated that the items were final sale, and their response was that "items ending in $.97 are final sale' and that you can find that information on the returns page on their website. So, I informed them that it seemed intentionally misleading to omit 'final sale' language from the product page, the checkout page, the packaging invoice slip, and the email order confirmation and that I would appreciate it if they considered honoring a refund and changing their misleading information to facilitate more informed purchases for customer. Their response was "Unfortunately we cannot make an exception. Sorry for any inconvenience". They aren't sorry. They intentionally mislead customers and I intend to recover my funds and spread the word that this company operates under poor business standards.

Wish I would've read the reviews before shopping. The negative things said about the customer service and return policies are true. They sent me an item that was mislabeled and still would not accept my return. I'm always looking for new boutiques to shop at and never have an issue...don't waste your money on this place.

Love all of my clothes from here! Super cute and affordable!

I've bought many things from Bella Ella. Some have been really good, and some have been cheap quality (see through mostly). I ordered one dress that I went to put on yesterday and found a big rip in the shoulder /: Not sure when that happened. Didn't have the dress for even a year, but it was also see through so I guess it's for the best. Just read reviews on what you buy before you buy it. Some items I have LOVED and some have just been kind of crappy. Customer service has always been A+ though, and the prices aren't bad.

I had ordered from Bella Ella Boutique quite a few times and wanted to return two items I purchased for around $50 total. I sent back the items within the 30 day policy and USPS emailed me proof that they delivered them to Bella Ella Boutique via a picture of where the package was dropped off. I emailed customer service because I never received my store credit and they continued to refer me to USPS. I do not feel this should be my issue to handle with USPS when they are clearly stating the package was delivered and it was lost at the boutique. I planned to continue to order often and refer many friends as I had done so already, but now I will never be purchasing any items from this boutique again after this terrible experience.

We loved the dress we ordered online and it came so fast.
