I've bought many things from Bella Ella. Some have been really good, and some have been cheap quality (see through mostly). I ordered one dress that I went to put on yesterday and found a big rip in the shoulder /: Not sure when that happened. Didn't have the dress for even a year, but it was also see through so I guess it's for the best. Just read reviews on what you buy before you buy it. Some items I have LOVED and some have just been kind of crappy. Customer service has always been A+ though, and the prices aren't bad.

I signed up for email notifications so I could get 10 percent off my first purchase and the email with code didn’t come quick enough to use it.

I order most my clothes from cute online boutiques (Pink Lily Boutique - they are great!) so when i came across Bella Ella i said why not give them a chance even though im usually religiously shopping at the same boutique over and over. One thing that stood out to me about this boutique was their prices. I ordered 4 dresses and two tops from them for $80. I recieved my order within three business days which was great. I will honestly say, the quality of the items varied so much... a couple dresses (professional, work wear) were very very thin and shaped a little oddly... i was really only pleased with the quality of one of the tops... I can't say i will never shop here again but i definetly was not over the moon happy once i recieved my items... im more of a quality shopper vs price typically and granted these were decently priced, how long are they really going to last me? Especially with some of them being paper thin ..... i may end up just sticking with my regular boutique.

I like this boutique a lot. I would give it 5 stars if they offered free shipping on all orders, big or small. There are other good boutiques out there that do offer free shipping, and also ship items super quick, no matter how big or small your order is. I wish Bella Ella offered the same perk.

Nice clothes, but terribly sized. I wear a medium in everything. The two tops I bought recently were the equivalent of an XS/S. Easy return process though.

I was excited about this boutique because of the affordable prices but I was disappointed in the quality of my items when I received them. (I'm guessing why they were cheaper) They did not look like they did on the website. :( I initiated a return and was responsible for creating my own return label and paying almost $10 to send it back to them.

Love the looks of all the clothes we bought. Not so sure about the quality though. Some of the buttons on the skirt fell off within the first hour of wearing it.

Though none of the clothes I ordered fit me and I had to return them, I received them quickly. However, I can’t believe this online store thinks it’s okay to name an Asian-inspired kimono dress “Me Love You Long Time.” Completely inappropriate. I’d like to continue shopping this store, but won’t until they rethink some of their racially insensitive practices.
