Returns for store credit only? What a scam

Horrible customer service. No refunds available for an online company. Insane.

THIS ORGANIZATION IS FRADULENT. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and would suggest you do not do business with them. I ordered a dress tried to cancel the order immediately was told they do not accept cancellations. I returned the dress per their instructions and was told it wasn't eligible for a return because it was damaged. I never even opened the package. They refused to return my product without me paying a fee and they refused to refund my money or give a store credit. This company has many complaints about their fraudulent business practices. BUYER BEWARE

What I ordered and paid expedited shipping for arrived too late. When I tried to process a credit card return I was told it would be store credit only. I explained that I did not want any product because what I received was of poor quality. I have been going back-and-forth with Bella Ella to no avail. They make it difficult for you. I would not recommend this company to anyone for any product. Plus their customer service rep was very rude when we spoke and she realized I could and did dispute the charges. I got my $ back but I had to work very hard to do that. Very dishonest company with NO service. Once you place your order, you’re toast.

I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased anything. All the reviews on the product were wonderful and said the quality was amazing. The quality was NOT amazing - it was horrible. Multiple snags, threads everywhere and a button hanging by the thread. I am glad I bought it on sale - won't bother trying to return as I don't want store credit. I have a feeling the sweater I purchased won't even last through this winter. I certainly will not be shopping here again.

Customer service doesn't care and is rude. I would of never purchased from them of I knew they were going to be like this. And was affordable on their site?? You have to pay for shipping on returns and you don't even get your money back. I'm losing money from buying from them.

This boutique is such a scam!! I've never been so disappointed in my life. I ordered two dresses and paid for early shipping, which cost 10 dollars. But only one of the dresses came in, and I needed the dresses for an event. They never got in touch with me or tried to explain that they forgot to send my other dress. When I reached out to them, they came up with some story about how the dress was damaged before shipping. But even if this was the case, why didn't anyone reach out to let me know? And now I can't even get my money back because it's store credit. Horrible, Horrible boutique, do not waste your money here at this unorganized, unprofessional place.

Deceptive practices, you sell products without size charts, you don't allow refunds to the original payment and ONLY store credit, you make customers pay for returns, your clothing is so small that my very average body would have to order probably a XXXL as the large didn't even fit over my ribs, and WORST OF ALL...you are not showing bad reviews on your website. You only display the good reviews. I only took a chance and purchased from you because of said good reviews and now that I see your deceptive practices, I am very disappointed. Why would anyone ever order from you? You give zero reason for repeat customers because you are deceptive and make the process difficult every step of the way. I may have wasted $90 on that dress but I'll make sure no one else gets scammed. It will now be my mission.
