Purchased a lite jacket. Went back to the site to review new arrivals. Found the jacket I had just purchased two days ago was on sale more than 50% off. This did not seem right so I called and was told “There is nothing I can do about that, so sorry.” Just a terrible business when the customer is treated like this. They have lost all of my business.

Cheap made goods and unreliable service, go through a company that is capable and has the reliability. This company is not it.

Save your money and headache. If you are outside of their return date, no exchanges or store credit. If don’t respond to them within 5 days, they will restock your items and just take your money. Plus all sales are final. All returns will result in a store credit. The quality of clothes are poor and high priced. They are based in Utah so likely owned by super religious money hungry bunch of people that have never experienced any diversity. This business is not ready for online business.

Deleting previous description because there's no way to reply and the company's response is total bunk. Really awful company to deal with. They are unreasonable and lie to suit their needs then double down when caught in the lie. But, it never matters if you're right in the end, because the company is also the deciding authority. A Better Business Report has been filed against them in order to request a refund for an order that still hasn't been fulfilled. According to USPS, they haven't received the package and the boutique is now closed for the weekend. Bella Ella Boutique can go after legitimate customer reviews all they want because in the end it is the BBB that will decide. Buyer beware.

Thanks for your feedback Katie. We verify all order shipping addresses against USPS records to ensure they are accurate. Many times addresses are unintentionally entered incorrectly. We did reach out the same day you ordered from us to attempt to verify your address, but did not receive a response for six days (we reached out on 10/21 and received a response on 10/27). We do our best to accommodate every customer and provide the best experience possible. After you verified your address the evening of 10/27, we rushed to ship your order out the morning of 10/28. By the time you had asked to cancel your order it had already been shipped out. We will do a better job in the future to communicate with those whose address show as invalid from USPS. Again, appreciate your feedback. We will use it to get better!

Scam company!! Nowhere on site do they say that all purchases are final!!! I tried to cancel an order right after making it. The item never shipped so this should have been possible. They said no so I told them I’d return it then. They said STORE CREDIT ONLY and we’re being extremely condescending! I wish I read these reviews first! This Is a HORRIBLE SCAM COMPANY and the overpriced boots arnt even real leather. I’m going to open a claim with PayPal!!

Thank you for your feedback. We do offer returns on most items, with exception of clearly marked final sale items, and intimates that shouldn't be returned for sanitary reasons. We do provide return information on all our product pages, and is available again through a link at checkout. We ship our items from a warehouse that works to get orders shipped out as fast as possible, which is the reason we are unable to cancel orders after they are placed. Most of the time orders are shipped within 60 minutes of being placed. Again, I appreciate your feedback. We will do a better job to ensure our return policy is more clear.

Purchased through Instagram. The shop policy on Instagram states that they accept returns for 30 days after delivery. I requested a return for a dress that didn't fit me (the sizing was kind of strange in the back, though the front looked good). They didn't respond via Instagram or to the email I sent. I filed a claim, and finally they contacted me after prompted by Instagram, only to deny my request and send me over to their website. Well the website return policy is quite different: store credit only, within 30 days of purchase not delivery, and processed through their website not Instagram. None of this matches what I read when I ordered. By this time we were outside their "window" though within 30 days of delivery. Finally they responded to my email and said they would make a "one-time exception" and take the return for store credit. I explained the difference in return policies and asked that they honor the policy on Instagram. They replied: "Thanks for getting back to us! Unfortunately Instagram does limit what we can add for our policy because they do have their own policies. Unfortunately like stated previously we will not be issuing a refund you will only be getting store credit. I apologize for the inconvenience! Have a wonderful day!" At best this is misleading. At worst this is a dishonest attempt to trick customers. UPDATE: Instagram refunded my order and seems to agree that the shop is in the wrong, here. Sigh...I'm so glad this is over. Final response from customer service: "If don't like our policy it would have been better if you read it before shopping with us. We will only issue store credit for your return. Have a nice day!" Wow.

I bought a poor quality dress that didn’t fit right and I had to return it. I had to pay to ship it back to them and they also only offered store credit. I don’t know any other online shops that only offer store credit these days. Whatever. I found a cute shacket I loved and purchased it. When it arrived I noticed the thread on the seams of one of the cuffs was all mangled and torn away from the garment like a sewing machine had messed it up. I sent pictures and I was told there was nothing they could do about it because they didn’t consider that damage. So buyer beware… of something is damaged they’ll probably only offer store credit and you’ll be forced into buying a different low quality/ possibly damaged item.
