I ordered the nude crystal dress for my birthday, and I got exactly what I ordered. I ordered on July 31st, (a sunday) and my order was scheduled to be delivered august 5th. It came a day early, with a handwritten thank you addressed to me inside the bag. Good quality dress, all jewels and crystals still attatched. Great company, great clothes 10/10. Will be ordering again

Received a necklace that was broken… emailed them seeing if they could replace the necklace and they said they could not because the necklace was out of stock & that in the disclaimer they stated everyone gets a necklace that’s a little different… IM SORRY WHAT?! Soo I get a broken necklace?

Hi and thank you for your review! Was this necklace a part of our free necklace promotion? We have had an issue with some of these necklaces being damaged in shipping. Please reach out via email to [email protected] and we would be happy to help reship it!

I’ve ordered previously and didn’t have an issue besides sizing. Entirely too small so size up if you do order. However with this last order, they lost my package after shipment and told me they weren’t responsible for this. Pretty unprofessional to not hold themselves accountable so definitely the last time I’ll ever spend my money on these overpriced dresses.

Horrible!!!! I wish I saw this before I ordered. I ordered a dress and a shirt. I cannot return the shirt because it was on sale so it was final purchase, the dress can be returned for store credit. I don’t want the store credit because their sizing doesn’t work for me, I ordered all small sizes and they all were too large. I don’t understand why you would make someone return something for store credit and have them pay for the shipping when the item didn’t work out. Part of it was my fault for not reading the return policy ahead of time but I have not had something like this happen in a very long time I Didn’t think company’s did this. I will not be ordering from here ever again. The items I bought will be going to goodwill. I will not return them.

Beware of return policy!! So far they have NOT been helpful with my return. Initiated the return online....no reply. Called company...do not see the return started online. Said I would not be shopping from them again...she said “That’s fine.”

Horrible. Took forever to come in the mail then the sizing was wrong strongly recommend to size up because these dress sizes are WRONG. Large fitted like a medium

Many items are not eligible for return and those that are only allow for store credit and charge for shipping both ways. My wife bought two dresses (both poor quality) that we are unable to return. I can't imagine many of these reviews are legitimate. Please review the return policy before you purchase.
