I brought a screen protector for my phone last week and got told by the apple store if it breaks Belkin will replace, I contacted Belkin today as it had smashed in the corner and they have refused to replace. I feel scammed as was told they would replace no matter what but that's not the case they will only replace with general wear and tear which I think is slightly silly they won't replace for a accident as that's when most screen protectors break. Also they are not cheap and if I was you I wouldn't waste your money on this company as they will happily take but not replace go elsewhere

TERRIBLE still waiting on a replacement protector 1 month down the line and apparently its being dispatched today after waiting on phone for over 45 minutes and 3 calls later. My 4 year old has cut his hand on the old cracked protector.... USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE. TOTAL DISGRACE. I BOUGHT FROM STORMFRONT WHO PROMISED ME REPLACEMENTS IN STORE AND NOW THEY DONT....

Ordered a power pack to charge phone when camping, 10 days before going. Stated 1-2 days delivery time. A parcel arrived whilst I was camping, had to go and buy a power pack when I realised it wasnt coming. The parcel was huge. Inside the box, not the power pack but.....a keyring!!! Impossible to contact belkin, and on reading reviews now (wish I'd checked before but thought reputable company etc) I'm just going to write off my £12.99 and save myself the hassle. I thought I'd been scammed, because the delivery note had someone elses name on but the massive box had my name on. ABSOLUTELY USELESS. Like everyone else says, DONT BOTHER!

Ordered with them on a Friday. Product was supposedly in stock. Contacted them two days later via Twitter (on a Sunday) asking why: 1) my order still hadn’t been dispatched. 2) Why the amount charged to my card was greater than the order total. They said they don’t dispatch on weekends - a bit odd for a company in this day and age but alright. Sure. It’ll likely ship tomorrow. They also said my issue regarding the price discrepancy had been passed onto their support teams and I should keep an eye on my emails. 48hours after contacting them. No emails have been sent to me. My item is still “processing”, and of course the amount on my statement is still too much. I get in touch again, stating this and they just tell me to wait… So I get to over 4 days after my order and I’ve had enough. This complete radio silence on any real support is unacceptable, I check that I can cancel. And so I request that. Going on 12 hours since then and I’m still waiting for my cancellation and refund. If it wasn’t for the fact that they’re a well known company that are part of Apple’s “trusted” for 3rd party accessories - I’d genuinely think I was being scammed. Will update when the situation gets resolved but I can already tell you: TLDR: Don’t buy directly. Your product may be held up for days/weeks. You may be charged an incorrect amount. Their actual support is - to put it politely - unbelievably crap.

Terrible experience and will not order from Belkin in the future. The order confirmation emails states delivery in 1-2 days. It has now been 4 days and I still havent received my order. I have tried the webchat multiple times and just sat in a queue. Also tried calling both numbers on the website and after sitting on hold for over 10 minutes I gave up listening to the horrible hold music. Absolutely no idea when or if I'll receive my order If possible, try to avoid ordering from Belkin

Literally don’t even bother buying anything from them. Bought a screen protector from them under the impression that the lifetime warranty would actually be, you know, as was explained to me - if the screen protector cracked you could receive a replacement free of charge or hassle. Totally not true. It’s almost impossible to figure out how to request a new screen protector as you need to go through their online chat and send photos of the broken protector which is on the phone you’re talking to them on!? Then you get told they don’t have any in stock anymore so can’t send you a new one, tell you they’ll email you when they have more available. Then they don’t! You get offered a refund but have to spend about a week messing around trying to actually get the refund. They closed my case before it was sorted then when i went back online to the chat to ask about the refund was told they couldn’t do anything about it only the original person who was helping me could. - amazing when that persons closed the case and isn’t replying! Finally got a reply after sending the form with the bank account details from the original purchase and get told they can’t use those as it’s not under my name but my fathers! Sorry but literally the worst experience ever.

very disappointed this product i just received and open the box try it on i am very excited to put my New apple watch and Iphone Apple Watch charger is fine but the phone very frustrating it can’t hold it keeps sliding I can’t go on keep me frustrated so decided to return it I don’t recommend this.. there’s a lot more better and worth every penny

Ich habe eine Docking Station gekauft und das Problem war die Netzwerkverbindung von einem aktuellen Macbook Pro. Es funktioniert solange zuverlässig bis ich in virtuelle Konferenzen gehe (z.B. Zoom oder Teams). Daraufhin habe ich beim Mailsupport nachgefragt, woran es liegen könnte und, ob sie mir helfen wollen dem Problem auf den Grund zu gehen. Am Telefon könne man mit mir die Schritte durchgehen zur Diagnose aber schriftlich per Mail kann man die Diagnoseschritte mit mir aus "Prozessgründen" nicht durchgehen. Im Grunde wollte ich ja nur wissen, ob Macbook Pros bei denen bekannt sind, weil bestimmte Treiber Probleme machen.
