Don't waste your money on a Belkin screen protector. I purchased a Glass 2 screen protector for my new phone at the Apple Store for an iPhone 17. I previously had a screen protector that lasted years (if only i could remember the brand) and with this one, 8 days after purchase, I dropped it from my 4-foot tall bathroom countertop and it cracked and pieces started falling off. Purchased a phone screen protector, thought it's cheaper than zagg. I will give it a shot. Nope, it's pealing in the corner less than a week on. I've tried doing the "hassle free" warranty replacement. I get partially through, but it won't let you get checked out to complete. Tried to reach out to support. In the log cue.. kicks me out I had to start over. please do not waste your time and or money.

Ich habe einen Privacy Screen Protector von Belkin direkt im Apple Store zusammen mit meinem neunen iPhone gekauft. Hier wurde mir eine Garantie mit unkomplizierter Rückgabe über Belkin zugesichert. Nicht nur verfälscht der Privacy Screen Protector die Farben des Bildschirms, sondern ging auch sehr kaputt, was ich für einen Preis von 50€ mehr als unverschämt finde. Nachdem man nach gefühlt 100 Klicks das Produkt auf der Belkin Website registriert hat (dies ist meiner Meinung nach extra kompliziert gestaltet, damit man irgendwann keine Lust mehr hat und aufgibt) konnte man endlich auf „Erstattung beantragen“ klicken. Hiernach kam dann eine Fehlermeldung, dass dies so nicht funktioniert und ein Support Ticket erstellt wurde. Nach mehreren Wochen gab es dann eine Antwort per Mail. Hierauf habe ich einen (!) Tag nicht geantwortet, sodass direkt am nächsten Tag eine weitere Mail kam, dass das Ticket nun geschlossen wurde, da von mir keine Antwort kam. Als ich dann auf die Mail antwortete, um das Ticket wieder zu eröffnen (so wie es wortwörtlich in der Mail von Belkin steht) bekommt man eine Fehlermeldung, dass die Zustellung der Mail nicht möglich ist, da das Postfach des Emfpängers voll ist. Unglaublich unseriöse Firma mit Wucherpreisen für schlechte Qualität.

Ditto on others who have purchased the expensive iphone cover. How can I give zero stars? Belkin sent me the wrong size on my 'free' replacement that cost $10. They would not own up to their mistake, then offered another style, but then said that style not available, then wanted a copy of my receipt and a picture of the broken screen protector. This is not at good company for customer service. I will go to Wal Mart instead.

Ho acquistato il proteggi schermo in un centro Apple con la rassicurazione che fosse il migliore in commercio e con assicurazione di sostituzione in caso di rottura. Dopo solo 1 mese la protezione si è scheggiata, sono tornata al centro Apple e ho scoperto la procedura macchinosa per la sostituzione peraltro impossibile da attuare per via del malfunzionamento del sito. È davvero una vergogna che i centri Apple sponsorizzino un prodotto così scadente senza peraltro prendere in carico l’assistenza post vendita.

They say they offer a warranty. but when you go to collect, they charge a shipping fee. Not really a warranty at all. Fact is that their product on 3 different phones has had damage. last two times, they did honor free replacement including shipping. This year, they changed their policy and charge for shipping $10. It's not really a warranty and their people are so hard to deal with. I tried to get help not their chat line but was unsuccessful. they will lose a customer over this but ai don't think that they care. Very poor customer service and attitude.

I purchased a iPhone screen protector with “lifetime” warranty from an Apple Store. The employeee told me i could come back in and they could warranty the screen protector. They can not after i drive back to the store. I try to register my product on Belkin/s website. They would not acccept the product number on my Apple Store invoice. I called spent and hour on the phone i did get it registered. Then found i had to pay 15.97 in shipping. Did that. Received the replacement screen protector. It comes with no instructions, alcohol wipe, dust sticker nothing. Chat GPT says to use the alignment tray. I don’t have that either as it was put on in the Apple Store. I tried to install the protector and it wasn’t striaght then when i tried to straighten it it would not stay stuck to the screen. So i just purchased a 2 pack off Amazon for less money and it comes with an alignment tray and items to install the screen protector. Don’t spend your money on the Belkin “lifetime” warranty.
