Toller Kundenservice. Mein USBC/Ethernet Adapter funktionierte nicht ordnungsgemäß. Ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Kundendienst hat umgehend eine Ersatzlieferung vereinbart.

Good products but very bad after sales service. Purchased a Belkin BoostCharge 2-in-1 Hybrid Solution. The type C electrical plug is made in two parts and one of the parts stayed in the electrical plug when I removed it. Not only is it a pity to have such a product breaking easily but it can be dangerous. Customer Service was not able to help me with a replacement part as they needed the receipt (which I did not keep). I told them I wanted to buy the spare part but this is not possible.

Company refused to honor warranty. Stay away.

Belkin SoundForm Mini Kids Wired On-Ear Headphones !!!!!!! EXCELLENT - highly recommend this product, in the last 10 years we have bought 2 of these. Fantastic value for money & my son loves them, let’s just say his care in the product ain’t been good & I am always saying to take care, of course it falls on deaf EARS - time after time they still keep working. As his birthday is due I’d thought I’ve get him some more - YELLOW - is his choice this time & im guttered they don’t come in YELLOW 😢 Anyways I highly recommend these exceptional value for money.

The customer service experience is great. The ‘limited lifetime warranty’ on my screen protector was as promised. Upon providing the necessary information, they shipped a replacement for free. No troubles. Directly to my door. Their website is a bit confusing at times. Other than that, would recommend.

Bonjour, J’ai acheté un verre de protection Belkin chez Apple, mais j’ai dû retourner le téléphone ensuite, ce qui fait que j’ai perdu la protection d’écran. J’ai demandé un remplacement à Belkin, mais ma demande a été refusée car je n’ai pas pu conserver l’écran endommagé. Le service client m’a expliqué que sans photo, aucun échange n’est possible. Résultat : j’ai payé 40 € pour rien, ce qui est vraiment décevant, surtout que je suis un client fidèle et j’achète toujours leurs produits.

Phillipines are the most irritating customer service reps. They never help you out and leave you stranded. All smiles and platitudes but no substance behind them.
