A propos d'un hub 7x USB, expliquez, produisez les preuves de l'engagement du fabricant (emballage) sans lequel l'achat n'aurait pas été effectué, tempêtez: rien n'y fait. Le Tribunal vous donnerait raison, mais les frais dissuadent évidemment. La mauvaise foi l'emporte ici. Reste à dénoncer le procédé malhonnête et le SAV obtus. Poor customer support. Sadly the screen protector promoted, sold and applied by Apple Store in the UK is almost impossible to have replaced. Belkin offer a replacement service but it is complicated and requires original receipts and photos of any damage (crack across the screen). Disappointing especially as it was endorsed by Apple.

Poor quality, and their lifetime warranty is definitely not lifetime. I don’t understand why they have a monopoly at the Apple Store. Avoid and buy a cheaper one.

Absolut unterirdischer „Service“ Wer dem Versprechen nach eine Folie mit lebenslanger Garantie zu überzogenen Preis wünscht und dazu einen schon abartigen Service wünscht ist bei Belkin bestens aufgehoben. Seit Februar !!! ( wir haben es jetzt Juni ) versuche ich für 2 iPhones (Folie à 39,95) Ersatz zu bekommen. Tausend Nachfragen, verschiedene Mails zig mal hin und her geschickt , letztendlich eine (1 Stck) erhalten. Jetzt geht der ganze Mailhorror von vorne los für die 2. Scheibe !!! Niemals mehr Belkin!!!!!!

Nous avons acheté deux protections belkin chez Apple pour environ 80 € soi-disant garantie à vie. Pour faire fonctionner le remplacement, même une seule fois c’est le parcours du combattant. Ils répondent à vos mails, mais pour le remplacement de qualité, ils n’ont plus la protection et vous propose de vous envoyer un modèle à placer moi-même. Je n’ai rien reçu à ce jour. Je ne recommande absolument pas

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I bought a screen protector for iPhone 16 pro. Two weeks later a crack appears across it. The phone has not been dropped or knocked - I have been extremely careful with it. Doesn’t even go in bags. Customer service are useless - refusing to replace it, despite the fact that clearly the problem is the product quality. £30 for a protector that didn’t even last more than two weeks is absolutely disgusting. The “warranty” they offer is an absolute joke. Just save your money and buy a £5 from Amazon.

Bought a tempered glass screen protector for my new iphone 16. After a short time noticed a crazing line on the adhesive side which appears pixelated. The phone has never been dropped. Asked for a replacement under warranty and they’re refusing.
