Overpriced and poor quality. I paid £50 for a Belkin screen protector at the Apple Store, and it cracked very easily. Customer service was slow and unhelpful. Not worth the money and definitely not what I expected from a brand sold by Apple.. don't waste your money. I ordered from amazon , soft screen protector just £5 3x , I fixed it on my iPhone. I'm very happy. Please don't mistake for buy warranty or any product from belkin.. not recommended.

Bought various SurgeStrip to protect my equiment and they mention each of them is covered with an €65000 insurance policy. Since 2 months I opened a claim for 5 damaged connected equipment and I haven't received any reply despite having sent various reminders.

I purchased a very expensive screen protector for my iPhone which has lasted 3 months. When I contacted Belkin they were unhelpful as I didn’t have my receipt. This is a faulty product which in my opinion is definitely not worth the money . If a product is faulty it should be replaced . I will never buy anything from Belkin their customer service is poor.

I bought the Belkin SoundForm Adapt headset in Canada. The product itself wasn’t bad, but the return process was very disappointing. It cost me another $20 to ship it back, on top of the purchase price. That’s almost $32 just on shipping for a return. For a company as big as Belkin, I expected better support for Canadian customers. The return policy makes it hard to justify buying again. Other companies provide prepaid labels or free returns. Belkin should do the same, especially when the product is under warranty or doesn’t meet expectations. I will not be buying from Belkin Canada again and want others to be aware before they purchase.

COMPLETE SCAM. APPLE STORE says this company will provide with new screen if cracked. WHAT NEITHER APPLE NOR BELKIN TELL YOU IS TO KEEP F'G APPLE RECEIPT.

Belkin verarscht die Kundinnen. Ich habe 2x meine Garantie eingereicht und jedesmal hieß es, dass sie die Ersatzfolie zusenden. Doch jedes mal kommt es nicht an. Sie vergessen die Hausnummer und statt (Mein Name, meine Adresse, PLZ und Stadt) steht auf dem Label (Replacement Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) is RMA1407766 Case Number:17671493 Customer Details: Mein Name ******r M***********r S*****e D*****n Sachsen 0****7) Meine Adresse ist im Kundenkonto richtig angegeben. Auch im Formular gab ich diese an und achtete extra darauf. Doch sie vergessen die Hausnummer und schreiben statt nur meinen Namen: Replacement Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) is RMA1407766 Case Number:17671493. Kein wunder dass da nichts ankommt bei diesen unfähigen Menschen

Bought a new phone at Heathrow airport. Shop staff applied a Belkin screen protector at a cost of £29.99 and advised me that by doing so the screen protector would be replaced in any circumstance if it was damaged during the next 12 months. All I had to do was register the product with Belkin. Three months later the screen protector had tiny cracks all around the outer sides. I contacted Belkin. Informed that it is not guaranteed. This was their response. “ Belkin's Screen Protector warrant covers Defects in Materials and Workmanship but does not include normal wear and tear. “ Beware. Do not purchase an over priced useless screen protector or believe the sales person selling them !!!! Will never buy another Belkin product. Hope they go bust.

Takes far too long to ship - go to Amazon instead! It took over 5 days to even SHIP my product, this is 2025....how can it take so long for the maker of the product to take their own product off a shelf and give to a shipping company, or daily mail out service? Do not waste your money and time for anything important with Belkin directly - if you must get Belkin products, go with a retailer that knows what customer service is.
