BefittingReviews of befitting.com

I recently ordered a pair of glasses and I love them. The process was quick and easy. I received my glasses quicker than I expected. Their customer service is great and any time I have a question or issue they have always been there to help and take care of my problem. I will definitely be ordering again soon.

This was the first time I’ve used befitting for a new pair of glasses and I am very impressed. I wasn’t sure I’d find a style of gram that would fit my face properly and the size guide/suggestions were spot on. Customer service was also incredibly helpful when placing my order and they even expedited the process for me so that I would receive my order sooner. Not only did I find a style that fits well, it looks great too! I went with a Lacoste frame and was very surprised by the affordability of the product. I will definitely be returning to befitting for my eyewear needs!

I used Befitting for the first time in July 2021 after my insurance recommended it online. I do wish they had an online try on option but I was able to Google the ones I was interested in and try them on on other sites. It took about a month to get my glasses. My first paid broke around November 2021, they cracked around the frames, and I sent pictures to customer service and they offered to replace them within 24 hours and they did send out new ones within 2 weeks. Easy to work with and I love the glasses.

Very satisfied with the product, price (even covered/billed directly through insurance). However, the sign-in and account information process was very clunky and not quite user friendly. I had to call customer service for guidance, and they were very friendly and helpful. I hope to buy again from Befitting!

Befitting did a wonderful job. My new glasses were as expected and in perfect condition. They were shipped and received as quickly as possible and as promised.

My eye glasses arrived ontime and exactly as ordered. They look and fit as expected

I had a nightmare of an experience with other major competitors involving 3 pair of glasses that all broke from routine wear within the first few weeks of owning. I had never in my 20 years of wearing prescriptions had any pair break. This service was recommended by my insurance provider and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the product and customer service. Thank you Beffiting!

Befitting was a fantastic company to work with. The site makes it easy to use vision insurance, their customer service department was quick to respond to my questions and concerns, and my glasses were received well within the expected delivery dates. I will definitely be buying more glasses through befitting in the future.
