The glass quality befitting uses is very cheap which get's scratches very easily. Their customer care is very good, but they have to work on maintaining product quality. I gave them a 5 last time because of their customer care, but will give them 2 stars this time due to poor product quality.

Jillian communicates with awesome professionalism and courtesy. Easy to understand and deserves a raise! Also thanks to all the others I either have talked to or emailed with. And the glasses? Excellent. Ease of using insurance? Can't get better. The Website? Oops, needs some work: a glasses saved list, photo of ordered glasses, Paypal, and... Thank you Befitting; you are really the BEST!

I was very apprehensive of ordering prescription glasses online but I took a chance with Befitting because of their reputation of excellence, and now it is the only way I will order a new pair of glasses. The Rayban glasses were the exact model and size I ordered, and the progressive prescription was correct. When I emailed with questions on the size they responded quickly, the ability on the website to put in my insurance and it provided me it's discounts on the glasses, overall a very, very easy, reassuring experience.
