Zenni Optical was my go-to for a while then they changed service and I didn't like the new changes. I know of Befitting through my insurance company. At first I was skeptical but now I am a loyal customer. I'm amazed by their huge selections and low price (with insurance). What separate Befitting from its competitors is its customer service. They are very easy to get in touch with and always went above and beyond for me to solve my problems and make sure that I am satisfied. I made 3 purchases from Befitting and will continue to do so if things are going the way they are now. Keep up the great work!

Best experience ever! First time get script online glasses so a little scary. I chose the incorrect frames for my needs and face shape and the customer service folks were sooo helpful. Even though this was my fault for choosing the wrong frames (the script didn't work right because of the frames I chose) they reached out and gave suggestions and fixed me up in a very quick time frame. I love my new glasses. I will stay with them as my go to people.

I’m really happy with my new glasses. Excellent service and glasses were delivered in really good time. The glasses are made to order from your prescription and are perfect for me.

When you order your glasses and they ask for shipping and you select 2 day express they don’t let you know it’ll take 3 weeks before they even ship them. You call and they said they are backed up but that ridiculous being you can go and order most places or in a store and have your glasses within 3 days or even next day.

I was a bit skeptical ordering glasses online but befitting changed my whole outlook. I ordered two pairs from there site which was super easy to do. After I ordered and sent my prescription in I realized I had typed something incorrectly. I called them and they picked right up and assured me that they would take care of it! (The representative was SOOOO kind) Not even 24 hours later I get an email stating that they had already made my glasses with the incorrect prescription but that would for no charge remake them both for me. From the day they shipped I received them within 48 hours. I will be ordering off this site for now.

Very happy with my glasses, excellent customer service. It took a while, but it was part of the process and I understand that. They called me on the phone to ask for information about the prescription and also contacted me via email. Thank you and I hope to get my glasses with them next year.

I have ordered glasses and paid for expedited shipping however still have not received the glasses and it’s been more than 2 weeks. I understand that it only applies after processing but 2-3 weeks processing is ridiculous. Would have been better to just go through my eye doctor for frames and lenses since I would have my glasses by now. Very disappointed in this company and the customer service to be honest. Update: after receiving a reply for the company and chatting with support I was told my order was to be shipping out in a few days. 5 days later and still nothing. Who knows if I’ll get my glasses.

I ordered glasses on sale and was excited to get them. However, the vibrancy didn't live up to my expectations. I requested a return and was given a choice of getting a new frame or a refund. I chose the refund and just like that, got it. Thanks Befitting for your excellent customer service!
