A lot faster than I expected.

Went online the day I got my new script and had my glasses in less than a week and that was right before Christmas!! The glasses are perfect and I couldn’t ask for anything more. I highly recommend Befitting!!!

I ordered a pair of glasses two years ago and was very happy with it and it was the correct lens from my prescription. I tried another vender last year and the glasses were ok. I tried a new vender this year and the problem is their system not finding me with my insurance, so, of course I purchased another pair of glasses from Befitting without the hassle! I am sure that I will be satisfied with the new pair!

It took me a whole month to decide I wasn’t crazy about my new eyeglass frames. I called and spoke to a Befitting rep, who could not have been more pleasant and helpful in facilitating an exchange for a different pair. The order took longer than expected. After following up with the company they forgot to process the order. They offered me expedited shipping, which was a nice gesture. Once the glasses arrived, I was pleased, until I tried them on. For a company ensuring all the boxes were checked and correct, they made glasses with the wrong script. After taking the new glasses into the optometrist and finding out both lenses were different and both incorrect, I had to return the glasses, getting a refund and insurance benefits reinstated are a very slow process.
