This is nothing but a spam factory. I signed up for one newsletter and now I am being spammed with lots of newsletters that I didn't sign up for. The net result is that I now mark ALL newsletters affiliated with beehiiv as spam.

After signing up to one newsletter, I started being spammed by other newsletters using beehiv platform , The other newsletter I never signed up for and pure spam. I tried to unsubscribe but still get bombarded. Was very difficult to find a customer service email address of beehiiv. I finally found one and sent them an email complaining their platform was being used for sending spam and possible phising. They havent responded....

Beehiiv's interface is nothing short of a breath of fresh air. Intuitively designed, it manages to strike the perfect balance between simplicity and sophistication. Seriously so good! The clean layout and user-friendly features make navigating through your inbox a joy. Thanks team :)

Update: I received an email in the response of this review and was able to report the newsletter I received, thanks. My review is based on a newsletter I received from a Beehiiv customer, I myself am not a customer though! --- I have been receiving a newsletter I want to unsubscribe to but the unsubscribe button is hidden, you can only see the text in the footer if you select the text. It has the same text color as the background. I wanted to report this email to Beehiiv as I'd expect the color was modified by the person who writes the newsletter, but there is no way of contacting support without registering at Beehiiv which is very annoying...

Extraordinary customer experience, amazing platform. Super impressed with both their internal company culture and how they go over and beyond for both the creator community and their customers. Def a Beehiiv stan here. Love Beehiiv.

Nothing bad to say about Beehiiv. They allow me to run my newsletter, monetize it in various ways, and above all make it so easy. Been using them for year now and every week they release features beyond my expectations. Also their support team is probably the best I’ve interacted with.
