Additionally, we are the only newsletter platform that does not take a cut of your revenue off the top. Some take as much as 10%! Many of our customers are able to make beehiiv pay for itself. We do reserve contact with our Support team for paid plan users, or users in their first 30 days. That said, I don't see any communication between you and the team. Many of our users are able to make beehiiv pay for itself by using our multiple monetization features.
