beehiiv is lifechanging! i've grown my newsletter drastically in the past 3 months. Easiest product to use with the best features and unbelievable support. Way better than any other platform out there.

Deleted my account without explanation and take 5-7 days to respond to every customer service email

I can't even create an account. There is no way to contact support. The bot is, well, a joke. I never got the verifiction sms, which by the way why are they asking for such personal information? If they can't even handle such simple task, why should I trust them for my list management? No way. Edit: Your answer is absurd, am I supposed to guess that you don't 'serve' my country? Besides the fact that it is totally wrong, when I have to input my phone (thanks for calling me spammer, by the way), my country is autoselected. Nevermind, went somewhere else. Last edit: fantastic, again I have to guess which countries you are discriminating?

Verification SMS is required to prevent spammers, phishers, and other bad actors from creating accounts. We also don't serve a global audience, you may be in a country that we don't serve. Edit: Not making any assumptions, there a very small number (like 3 countries) where we don't operate, our SMS deliverability is close to 100%, so it's very rare that they don't come through but has happened a handful of times in those cases.

Worst support and compliance. They allow people to spam and scam and when people who actually send proper emails start growing, they shut them down without giving any reason. They need people to buy their ads and boosts. They have a couch potato compliance guy who knows nothing and the CEO wants to be a social media influencer. Update: So you provide the exact details on why you shut down an account to prove your point? Update 2: Mailchimp, Sendgrid, Braze, and similar platforms have compliance teams that provide clear and specific reasons when terminating an account. It's time to stop using vague policies as an excuse to cover up your inability to address bad actors effectively. Instead, you're penalizing small business clients who rely on your services. This lack of informed decision-making reflects poorly on your approach.

This is patently false - we don't allow spam or scams, and when we block folks, we only do so once we have 100% certainty and the evidence has been reviewed by multiple security team members. Update: No, and no security team does. Our methods are safeguarded to prevent bad actors from adapting to avoid detection.
