Amazing customer support always. Love the tool!

Extremely easy to use app, great and knowledgable team, and exceptional product. I'm able to create a newsletter, blog, automations, referral programs, etc all in one platform. Integrations and documentation are also top-notch.

this platform is so sick. i have <300 subscribers and can earn money off them. kinda nuts if you think about it. love all the features and am super excited to see what else they release!

Absolutely the best choice to grow a newsletter I'm new to newsletters and after reviewing the other popular sites I went with beehiiv because of their reviews, the super long (IMO) free trial and the support team. Having access to them through the trial while I get all set up has been a game changer. Excited to go paid so I can keep using their growth systems.

Starting a newsletter can be daunting. But choosing to start on Beehiiv was the easiest decision I’ve ever made. With any new tech there’s a learning curve, but I’ve been really surprised at how intuitive everything is. When I’ve hit a roadblock, I create a support ticket, and usually hear back within 24 hours with detailed responses accompanied by video demonstrations or screenshots. Now that the business side is set up I’ll be able to focus on content. Looking forward to new product releases which seem to release every week to make the platform better. I’m in it for the long haul! :)

Great platform that is easy to use with a clean interface

I've had a great time with Beehiiv so far. Something I've quickly learned in the email space, which is applicable in all of SaaS, is that there's rarely a platform that genuinely has it all. But, what you can look for is a platform that proves they want to have it all and that is genuinely moving toward creating that. Beehiiv checks those boxes for me. Their team moves quickly and seriously ships new features every few weeks. They have great customer support that are kind, patient, and extremely helpful (shout out Cait and Dani!). And the vision of the company feels completely aligned with my goals as a newsletter and online business builder.

Beehiiv puts all of the tools you know you need (as well as the tools and policies you did not know you would need) to reduce the technical barriers to newsletter publishing to just about zero. They support this capable product with competent, responsive and cheerful technical support. I am not sure what they can do to make the platform better.
