I've been shopping with Beautystoredepot.com for over 10 years. The items that I order are always delivered on time and in excellent condition. I've had cause to call them one time and immediately got a human being to tak with. She was pleasant and was able to answer my questions. I do not hesitate to recommend them.

Didn't understand how to use the coupon, I called them on Sunday and they called me back asap on Monday morning. Received my item smoothly and quickly!! I also got another 20%, off coupon...which will keep me coming back for sure, who doesn't like to save money!!

The overall experience with Beauty store depot was quite good, however, they were out of some of the products, they were shipped later. My reason for three stars is because of having to speak to a person. When I buy on line I really don’t want to have to do this since it’s why I want to buy online anyways. There were full size samples and several one use products. This was really nice since we travel . I would recommend them and will buy from them again.

Great customer service, wonderful products, and free samples were a bonus!
