The site, products, pricing and promotions are wonderful. However, for the amount I spend on Osmosis products, I am always told I'll get a free Osmosis gift as well as a Beautystoredepot freebie. The last few have been chintzy. An Osmosis lip balm and some digestive harmonized water. And a tiny little moisturizer sample from Beauty Depot itself. You used to send better free samples and gifts, especially for the Osmosis line - like purify face cleanser and clear mist. What happened?

Best customer service ever!!
Best customer service ever!!! My order was a Christmas gift for my 4 yr old niece. Her mom is a makeup artist and Miss C loves to get into her stash....her high end, best quality stash! I live in Canada and commented in my order to please do their best to have the package here by Christmas. This was on a Saturday. Monday morning, got a phone call from Texas letting g me know they were going to ship it express ( for a few extra dollars) and the package arrived the next day! I’m a huge online shopper and have never been called with an option to rush ship a package. Bravo Beauty Store Depot! Not only was the gift a hit, this customer service story has been repeated many times since! Definitely will continue to shop with you!!
