My email offered a 20%discount, but when I tried to order a product it wasn't accepted. I sent an email to Beautystoredepot asking why? I got a quick response explaining some manufactures don't always honor discounts, but they would honor it for me. I called and placed my order and spoke with a lovely woman. Voila! I would always recommend this company.

I ordered the product and it took 3 weeks to ship out...If it was on back order than I should have gotten an e-mail stating this. I saw a couple of other products I would like to order but if shipping is that slow then I will look somewhere else to purchase.
Response from BeautystoredepotOct 20, 2016
Hi LaVerne, We are sorry to hear that your order took longer than expected. I do see that we emailed you on 8/30/2016 to let you know about the delay. Most of our orders ship within 1 day. We are very sorry about any Inconveniences this may have caused. I hope the free Grandelash gift we sent out on 10/13/2016 made up for the delay. We look forward to serving you in the future! Have a beautiful day.
