I called twice to ask about my order and my calls were not returned. Otherwise very good.

This is the second time I have ordered products that were unavailable and put on back order. That becomes a problem. Usually, I would give 5 stars.

The shipping time was much longer than I have ever experienced.

It doesn't seem really fair to rate them only average when the company itself and the product are perfectly fine; however, what bothered me was that I placed my order on the second, was sent the confirmation email that it had shipped, which gave me an estimated arrival date (which came and went) so I called the company and was given another date only a few days later. I checked the tracking number and it corresponded with what I was told and then three days later was never updated...I just received the package another week after that date. It took 23 days to receive what was estimated to take 3-5 days from the date of shipping. My suggestion is to allow plenty of time when ordering knowing it could take longer...product and pricing are good!

The items I ordered were packaged nicely and they even gave me coupons to use for my next order which was really. The reason I am giving this a 3 rating is because I ordered my products on 1/30 and didn’t receive them until 2/17. Maybe this isn’t the seller fault but now I have to plan for a long delivery of I use them again.

Ordered and paid for product (RX System Physician Strength Shampoo) on January 12, 2022. I still have not received the product as of 2/10/2022. I rated them as average. Possibly should have been lower. Also, no communication from them about the order, such as, when to expect the product.

I ordered the revitalash product and paid extra for two day delivery . It’s been a week and I still have not received it.
