Easy transaction.
Easy transaction. One of my products was out of stock. They kept me updated on it's progress and shipped promptly. They sent a sample of it with my initial shipment to tide me over. Very pleased.

This company really has good customer…
This company really has good customer service. They have a good customer service number and representative. An item I ordered came dented due to poor packaging. When I called about it they immediately faxed me a return mailing label, replaced the item, and told me to call them for 25% off my next order whenever I was ready to place that order. Also, I believe their prices are definitely in line with other sellers.

Great Shop!
Great Shop! I have ordered from Beauty Store Depot a couple of times and have been very pleased with the promptness of service and the fun extras offered as incentives. I love trying things out and they always send something new! I also get coupons for the next order. What's not to love?

A week after the order was placed they…
A week after the order was placed they said the product was out of stock and would ship within a week. I never received the product. After contacting them they blamed it on UPS not scanning the box. They did ship the product out and I got it. If I hadn’t contacted them I would have never received the product. They said UPS didn’t scan several packages, this is suspicious to me.
