Very disappointing
Very disappointing. My order was send to the wrong address after I been with the sale person on the phone about 45 minutes . Then I tried to call several times then I email them left a massage !!! Didn’t get any respond !!! Would never use this website or neither I would recommend to anyone else.

This is an update of a previous review. I ordered and received a glo-minerals lipstick. It was awful and I returned it immediately. I received a personal phone call within a couple of days from Jenna in Customer Service. She agreed that the lipstick was really "off" - maybe something from an old batch - and not only apologized, but found the last two tubes of lipstick in my color that were right and sent them right out to me - two for one. Now that is outstanding customer service! Thank you, Jenna! I am a customer forever now! I highly recommend BSD!

I love the shampoo and conditioner
I love the shampoo and conditioner, I wish I would of gotten the hydrating shampoo and conditioner. I got the volumizing shampoo and hydrating conditioner. But otherwise I am pleased.

Great! Enjoy Strong holding hair gel.
This gel is just what it says....,,Strong Holding! It does just what it's supposed to do. Large tube, so should last for quite a while.
