Very communicative on my order so I knew what to expect!

I never received a shipping confirmation, tracking, or anything. I tried to contact the company by phone, E-mail and online chat. No one was answering. The amount was deducted from my bank account though. I called my bank to file a dispute. Then I thought I'll just call one more time. She answered, and was very nice. She said that they moved the warehouse and office. The computers were down for days, and they were still behind. This I totally understand. What I don't understand is why didn't they post something on their website? A simple "were growing for your convenience. Your shipment may take a bit longer" would have been nice. But nothing for weeks is unacceptable.

You haven’t shipped it yet! I bought it on the 4th and it was supposed to have 2-3day shipping . You were supposed to give me a email when you ship. Haven’t received s##t from you. If they had negative zero numbers you would deserve it.

Never received part of my order and cannot contact anyone. Still waiting for a refund or product since mid December.

Terrible service!! Unless you don't mind paying up front & then waiting endless weeks for your products, do NOT order from this company. First, they charge your credit card but don't send you an order confirmation. When you are finally able to get through to ask why it hasn't shipped, they'll tell you that they're very busy but your product will definitely ship next week. After waiting again, they say there's a slight backorder & it "should" ship in another couple of weeks or so. When you want to cancel & request a refund, well then there's more excuses for delaying that process also. I finally had to contact my bank to dispute that charge, in order for me to receive a refund. There's absolutely no excuse for this type of business practices. Buy your products from Hans, instead. They shipped on the day of my order & I received it the next business day. It was very beautifully packed & it even cost less.

I ordered about 2 weeks ago and still have not received my order. I use these products daily: Dermalogica moisture cream and eye cream. I'm completely out of them and still waiting for my order. Please be more prompt or give me an idea of how long filling an order may take so that I can order ahead of time.

Delivery was fast but the dispenser didn't work properly and when I called no one called me back.. I emailed and someone sent a good message about how to prep the pump. The product is excellent.
