No problem with delivery and the Worl
No problem with delivery and the World Class med firm appears to be a nice mattress. However I feel the springs in my side. I’ve tried a latex 2” egg topper without any luck, next a 7 zoned soft topper. It helped with the spring feel but it hurt my shoulders. I just purchased a 3” memory foam and it bottoms out so I feel the springs. I’m still in the window to return so unfortunately it will probably go back. I would keep if the spring thing didn’t happen . I weight 115 lbs if that helps.

The pillow is okay
The pillow is okay, but still not as good as the old Beautyrest Black

NOT COMFORTABLE.
I REALLY HATE OUR NEW BEAUTYREST BLACK DIAMOND MEDIUM FIRM MATTES. IT IS NOTHING LIKE WAHT WE WERE TOLD. ITS SUPER HARD AND WE ARE NOT HAVING A PEACEFUL SLEEP. I HAVE GIVEN IT 3 MONTHS TO BREAK IN AND I WAKE UP WITH SUCH HIP PAIN, NECK PAIN ETC. I HAD TO GO AND BUY A MATTRESS TOPPER, AND I HAVE RELIEF NOW, NOT SURE HOW LONG THIS MATTRESS TOPPER WILL LAST? IM MAD THAT I HAD TO GO AND BUY A TOPPER, AFTER BUYING A NEW MATTRESS. NEVER AGAIN.

I purchased a Beautyrest® Deluxe Down…
I purchased a Beautyrest® Deluxe Down Alternative Pillow and I don’t really like it so I haven’t been using it. It was advertised on a talk show and they said how great it was and a customers top pick and I decided to try it. It isn’t soft enough for me, so sadly I haven’t used it. Still on a quest to find the perfect pillow.

Comfort of bed
The buying process is good. However, this is my 3rd new beutyrest in 3 months, cause I returned other 2 for comfort reasons. I upgraded on this one to black series 3, double the price of the others. To me not worth the price tag. For a 4800 bed it should feel good right out if gate. I don't buy that 30 to 60 day break in period. This seems no better than a Walmart bed. Probably Will return as well, no more beutyrest beds for me! I previously had a steam and foster, liked from day one, should have stuck with that brand.

Love the product
Love the product! Unfortunately delivery people dinged up our trim pretty bad and we had to have it fixed. Other than that, love the foundation and bed.

I purchased six years ago a Beautyrest…
I purchased six years ago a Beautyrest Black pillow top mattress. Now it is sinking on one side of the queen size bed. A new one is $3299 at Mattress City. I wish I could get some relief from the manufacturer. A coupon would be nice or credit towards a new mattress.
