Hi there, Thank you for your feedback and we're sorry to hear that you haven't has the results you hoped for with our eye cream and concealer. I understand your frustration about our return policy on opened products. Due to hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns on opened cosmetics and skincare products that have been used and at this time we don't have an exchange program in place. The product you purchased is a colour correcting concealer, therefore we'd suggest to apply a thin layer and you can then use your Everyday Concealer on top to neutralize the shades. You may like to try adding a setting powder on top such as our One Powder Wonder to set the makeup for the day. We understand that it can be difficult to know if a product is right for you without trying it. Our Member Happiness team is always happy to help with any product recommendations for you, or we'd recommend checking out our online product reviews.
