I'm surprised how well the "Super Healthy Skin" cream works. I noticed a difference in my skin within a week. I tend to try a lot of different skin care and I research it. This stuff is great and now I find I don't want to be without it. Also tried the Scent Lab sample scents and they were both wonderful. Excited to see they are now available in full size scents and will be a future purchase. It takes longer than normal to receive product, I guess we're all used to Amazon! However, the packaging, boxing, etc., is wonderful and makes you feel like you're opening a fun present. Boxes are sturdy and can be reused or repurposed in a variety of ways. Overall, definitely worth the price of membership and I will continue to be a customer.

I have been a BP member for 2 years and have exclusively used the facial skincare products since becoming a member. I have been very satisfied with the BP facial skincare products that I use and find them comparable with the high-end products I used in the past. Over the past two years, I have ordered various make-up products which I found to be subpar in most cases. Unfortunately, they cannot be returned if opened, but BP sometimes offers a credit for a replacement purchase. I have found the fragrance of all the body care products I have tried to be unpleasant.

Hi there, It is great to hear you have been enjoying our skincare ranges, thank you for sharing your feedback! However, I'm sorry to hear you haven't had luck with our makeup or body care products. If there is any products or scents you wish to see, we would advise to reach out to our Member Happiness team to provide us with your suggestions which will be fed back straight to our product team! Currently at this time we don't accept returns on opened or used products and we don't have an exchange program in place, however do contact our Member Happiness team if you have any specific concerns about products you've purchased. We have certainly passed all comments along to the relevant departments for future consideration. Best wishes, Ivy from Member Happiness Beauty Pie

My package was delivered but I did not received it. I check with the mail woman and she opened the boxes but we were not able to find the package. I received my replacement of my order! I believe it will be good to have a tracking system added to the order.

It definitely moisturizes my skin. I think it’s just a fabulous product. I am 66 years old and find this product to be a good healthy skin routine. I would definitely recommend this product. And by the way… I rarely write a review of products.
