Out of stock constantly
Lots of products have been out of stock for 3 months or more. Very frustrating.

Product is great, website lacking
Product is great, so two full stars for that. Unfortunately, the website experience is lacking. I have to click too many times to get to my authenticated home page. It would be super helpful if you used my IP address or other geolocation metadata to identify that I am not in the UK. Then, I want to focus just on logging in. I do not want to see any promotional content at this part in my journey.
In addition, I enjoy Beauty Pie products because I have been fortunate enough to use trial and error as my primary decision making methodology. What I would love to see is more helpful product descriptions that clearly outline features and benefits. When I read product descriptions right now, I just see a lot of flowery language to basically tell me that Product XYZ is great for me and uses premium ingredients. This could apply to literally anything on your website.
Overall, I really enjoy most of the products I have tried. One of my goals for the upcoming year is to be more financially responsible so I will no longer be able to afford my 'guess and check' methodology and would greatly benefit from more substantive product descriptions.

When visiting our website, if you scroll to the bottom you can choose which region you are located in to access the US site. You may like to also try searching 'www.beautypie.com/us/login' which will bring you straight to the login page. When you are on the website on a laptop, clicking into the human figure on the right hand side at the top of the page will also bring you to the login page, or if you are using your phone to access the site, the three lines drop down menu on the top left hand side will give you the option to sign in.

I love the beauty pie products I feel…
I love the beauty pie products I feel that they are clean and my skin has never looked better. Also I love the candles. I'm very sensitive to scents and have not had any problem with any of the beauty pie candles. Thank you so much for making such wonderful products

I really like Beautypie! The products are always great and when one just didn’t work out for me personally they were super understanding and nice and gave me credit for it because it wasn’t returnable.
