I ship BP gifts and recipients Love the products and packaging. I especially love the fragrances -- most recent discovery ‘Une Balade en Foret’ - which leans masculine, but as a female I love it -- lots of fir balsam and absolute. And the serums are outstanding.

this product is hydrating and does brighten the under eye and you can put concealer or foundation on over it without caking.. but it did not make any difference for me.. nothing that would make me buy it again

I never write reviews but this product does exactly what it says: brightens the eye area, fades dark circles and softens the skin around the eye. I have literally tried dozens of products that promised similar results, and I have been disappointed every time. That ended with the purchase of this eye cream. I am elated with my results. Recommend 100%.

I had a reaction to a product. I asked about a return and was sent a long questionnaire to fill out without a response to my question.

Hi there, I'm really sorry to hear you have experienced a reaction to one of our products recently, this is certainly concerning to hear and I hope you are feeling better! I've had a look into your correspondence and can see you reached out explaining you have experienced a reaction. Our team sent you over a form to fill out which we require with cases like this so our Quality team can investigate this and help advise on the next best steps. Once we receive this back, we can provide you with an update on your reaction and the item purchased. Currently, we only accept returns on products that haven't been opened or used. However, as you experienced a reaction to an item, we ask you to please fill out and return the form in order for us to help resolve this for you! I have certainly passed your feedback along to the relevant departments. Best wishes, Ivy from Member Happiness Beauty Pie
