Beauty Pie is fabulous! I chose to pay the annual fee, which was very reasonable. The first 2 or 3 items that I purchased more than paid for the original outlay. Products are downright inexpensive and the quality is wonderful. It's such fun to shop!

Great products and prices. Always prompt delivery. I get so excited when I buy something new but equally love my favourites.

I would absolutely love to give Beauty Pie five stars because the products they sell are so damn good along with being so damn cheap…but the customer service is just crazy bad. They can wrap it up in pretty bows, and make their voices soft and sweet…but in the end these agents are trained to make and save thee company money. Cal me crazy, and maybe old fashioned…but I miss the days when the customer was always supposed to walk away with a smile on his face even if he/she didn’t get what they want. There’s just a proper way way to do things, but everyone at Beauty Pie is a money saving robot, and it’s really sad. I wanted to give one star, but had to go with three because of the product.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such honest feedback! We always appreciate feedback, good and bad, as it helps us continue to grow! It is so lovely to hear that you have been loving your purchases! We are so sorry to hear that you have had a less than satisfactory experience with our team! Our customers satisfaction is our top priority so this is upsetting to hear! We appreciate the feedback and I will of course relay the message to our team for consideration!
