Five stars on all fronts Service, delivery and product

This isn't about the product but the shipping. The website says that if you place your order before 1PM your order will ship same day. Shouldn't that mean if you place it after 1PM your order will ship next business day? I've placed two orders and so far NEITHER of them has shipped the following day and it's taken both orders close to 10 days to arrive. I decided to go with Beauty Pie partially b/c of some of the fast shipping reviews they have. VERY disappointed in the shipping times.

Good prices, beautiful and healthy products

My only issue so far is that I updated my new address in my account record on the website. For some reason that only updated my billing address but not my shipping address. So, my most recent order was sent to the current owner of my old house who was out of town for several days. I will definitely watch to see how my shipping address pulls up next time, but it would be nice if updating one’s address took care of both billing and shipping.
