We're so sorry to hear that your reviews have been rejected. We use an independently moderated review platform which helps our customers to leave genuine reviews for our products but also conducts moderation with regards to approving and rejecting certain reviews. We have a few rejection criteria which are predetermined by our legal team which are e.g. legal claims, abusive/foul language, personal information being given in the review etc. We'd ask if you could please reach out to our customer service team with the details of your reviews and the team can then look into this for you. We are always happy to advise the exact reasoning for a rejected review and we hope to resolve this for you.

This can be found on the ingredients tab on each product age.
