Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. We are so sorry to hear that you have had trouble reaching our Member Happiness Team. This is concerning for us to hear as we have agents across both UK and US time zones. We are available via email at [email protected] and respond within 24 hours (however, typically even faster!). We also are available by telephone at 866-329-9580 (toll free) from 9am- 8pm EST and via Live Chat on our site. However, thank you for getting in touch with us to provide this feedback. We really appreciate all feedback, both positive and negative, as this helps us better understand our Members and the service we provide going forward.
