I love the price and the products I did receive. But was disappointed that what I really wanted was sold out.

I love all of their products. They have gone up slightly in price, but then everything else has to. The value still very good. Fantastic packaging.

Poor customer service. I received a makeup brush with a stain or defect or something on it. I have been trying to resolve the problem since August 20th. Today is September 1st. Every response asks for a picture of the product. Now they want a batch number. On a makeup brush. Very frustrating. Still waiting.

The products are all really good because they have real purpose. Whatever they have been formulated for they are true to the promise. No complaints about any Beauty Pie products I’ve used.
