I love the product, but it did take a long time to get it.

BP customer service was so thorough when reviewing my issue. They swiftly refunded me and I was very pleased with interaction that I had. I have so many BP products and love them all. This was a rare occurrence and it was handled well.

The vitamin c made my face dry. I used it once but wasn’t able to return or exchange. Disappointed. Took 4 days for someone to email me back.

I will not order from here again!

Received my order quickly. So far love all the products I got, excellent quality, can’t bet the price I paid.

Nice packaging, EXCELLENT products

The products (the ones I've tried) live up to the hype. I've been an esthetician for almost 30 years. For most of my career, I've used and recommended medical-grade skincare/cosmeceuticals. Those products are/were incredible but they're not accessible to everyone. As I slowly (very slowly) wind down my career in this field, I've stopped selling retail and put my clients, friends, and family on Beauty Pie regimens. The pandemic was the impetus for this change. If I hadn't discovered Beauty Pie, this wouldn't have been possible. My clientele could continue to pay what they had been paying but after trying Beauty Pie they want to stay on it (at a fraction of the price, none of the sacrifice. Why wouldn't they?!) and I am more than happy to lend my knowledge, and experience as a user myself, to build a BP homecare routine that compliments their professional treatments.
