I placed an order before the holidays. Supposedly "shipped" on January 3 but was never given tracking and the package never arrived. Received an update in early February that my order would ship the week of the 27th and still have seen nothing. Terrible experience. Reached out twice since then to customer service with no response. Order # 13415

Ordered in December 2022, still no product. Created shipping label in January. Still waiting and no response. And no way to contact.

Ordered in January, Bear Balanced accepted payment and sent 3 status updates they were behind and to wait patiently. I am still waiting. Looks like those who received product give positive reviews, but over 50% have not. Really poor business model. After I posted this, and reported to BBB, my order was delivered in 5 days, magic! Terrible customer service, this is the most correspondence I’ve received from Bear Balanced since I placed my order in January!

This is an update from my last review from 4/18/23. Bear Balanced contacted me after my last review and requested order numbers and a few days later the gummies arrived. I can understand supply chain and production issues, this stuff happens and Bear Balanced had to fight through these issues... All that said, the gummies taste great, and I will order from Bear Balanced again.

The fact that I waited for over a month is somewhat annoying but the product is good. Only creatine gummy worth buying.

Ordered from this company twice before putting in a third order in late November. Have sent multiple e-mails with order information asking for updates with 0 response. Finally filed a complaint with the BBB who says the company is no longer in business and has no contact information. Needless to say buyer beware. Update - 5/16 - I finally received my order today and everything was included without issue. I added back a star as I have no problem with the actual product and like it as a concept. My main complaint is around communication and setting expectations with customers. I've ordered from multiple startup businesses and while delays can be expected, honest and timely updates are critical.

Company takes your money and doesn't send product. Placed order 3 months ago and have not received product. There is no contact information for the company other than an email they do not respond to. Buyer beware of the fraudulent activity that appears to be happening here.
