Like other reviewers, placed my order over six weeks ago and nothing! I’ve sent several emails and follow ups with no response. I guess it cost me the price of the product to find out it’s a scam.

I'm in the same boat with the rest of the 1-star reviewers - ordered the product in April, hasn't shipped 6 weeks later. No communication from Bear Balanced. I've reached out three times via email with no response. Frustrating - as customer service should be the easy part of any business. Order #2020670

IF ONLY I COULD ISSUE ZERO STARS... Order 2018124 - placed on January 23, 2023, with an estimated ship date of February 1. I received an order update on March 23, 2023, stating that they were having production issues and that I could wait for my order and keep my place in the queue (no action required) or receive an immediate refund. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I kept my order active but haven't received a single response to my follow-ups. It's now June 9 - SIX MONTHS LATER - and I have not received my order. W.T.F? To add insult to injury, Bear Balanced refuted my claim that I never received my order and threatened to have my review removed from TrustPilot. "bearbalanced.com has flagged your review because they don’t think it’s based on a genuine experience. To keep your review online, we need to ask for your help."

SCAM. I ordered this product 4/15/2023 and have yet to receive my product. I have sent an email requesting a refund and have not received a response. Will be reporting to BBB given several people have complained of the same issue. Order #2020341

Ordered these back in 2022, received periodic updates through end of year and beginning of 2023 but then company went radio silent. No emails returned or questions answered for a couple months. Finally found owner’s email address, sent an email and within days received a tracking number for the order, but still no explanation of the delay. Received my order and enjoy the ease of use with the gummies but the taste is absolutely terrible. They taste home made and have a chemical aftertaste. Eating more than one at a time almost makes me gag. There is no berry or mint flavor to be found whatsoever. Great concept just needs more development and some customer service improvements

They delivered my gummies after I complained via this site. However, I doubt I would have received them had I not complained. The gummies are good, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Do not buy! I have been waiting for a refund for an order I never received since March. I’ve emailed, called every number I can find, and I have yet to get a returned message. This is a total scam that basically stole $50 from me. Edit on June 14, 2023: You’ll see a reply below that they shipped my order. It only happened after multiple message on instagram and a negative review here. So if you want to get your order or any response, just leave a one star review and you’ll be good.

Ordered creatine gummies in December of 2022 and was told my order would be here before Christmas. After weeks of waiting I reached out and expressed my concern and was told my order would be shipped soon. After another month of waiting I was sent an update letting me know yet again my order would be shipped soon, but if I wanted, I could opt out and receive a refund. I opted out after a couple more months of waiting and never received my product nor my refund. Completely unprofessional and unethical. Cannot believe this is a business. Order #14158
