I placed my order Sept of 2022, have received a few emails from CS saying my order will be expedited as soon as production is met. It is now May 2023, the company has stopped responding to emails. It pisses me off that orders placed months after mine are being filled according to these reviews. I remember getting an email a few months ago explaining they had production issues and if we stay patient with them, they'd make it worth our time... Well, 9 months... Really? Order #13146 My order was finally delivered 5/15/23 a full 9 months after date of purchase. The company only replied to me once I left a comment on their Instagram posts via DM... Today(05/19/2023) I received this email from Trust pilot: "bearbalanced.com has flagged your review because they don’t think it’s based on a genuine experience. To keep your review online, we need to ask for your help." I can assure you my review is 100% factual. This company is trying to save face after 9 months of continued lies and deceit. Like I stated, horrendous Customer service!

I have orders that haven't been filled dating back to 2022. In that time I've only had one update which said my orders would go out by February 28th. Since that time I have reached out many times and have yet to receive any response. I also put an honest review on their website which of course was never published. I think they are scamming a lot of us. My order numbers are : 2017323, 13442.

Placed this order on 3/24/23. Website stated it would ship 3/30/23. I have emailed 4 times with no response. I tried calling the phone number on the website and it's a google phone number that isn't accepting calls. ***Update*** Received the gummies and like them so far.

**UPDATE 5-2-23 They finally sent my order. I had to harass them here and on their social media pages, but it worked… I got my gummies. And they’re good. Just as advertised… Now they really need to work on customer service. ***original review*** I have to hand it to them, they packaged their scam well. I don’t usually get duped. They got me for $50+ Zero delivery, zero refund, zero response to emails.

5/15/23, I have received the product I ordered, and the first taste was very good. I hope all production issues have been resolved and that everyone who is still waiting gets their product ! 5/8/23, Still NOTHING or response from this company, I added my full name and order # to the bottom of this review...and would LOVE to change my review, but I am starting to question all these sudden GREAT reviews, listen, if you are not gonna send me the product , at least refund me please! I am , I guess in a long list of people that have been taken for money! Placed order January 29th for 3 bags of gummies......haven't received gummies or refund!!!! TERRIBLE service! Similar to other reviewers. I made a purchase on 1/23/23. Have made multiple attempts to contact in regards to my order with no reply. Now trying to cancel it without a response as well. **Update** I did receive the product May 8th. It tastes much better then most creatine products and have enjoyed the results. Improvement on the customer service side would be my biggest suggestion, but the product itself is good.

SCAM!!! Do NOT order from this company. When you try to find out the status of your order or attempt to cancel it, they will refer you to their customer service email of “sales@bearbalanced”. You will send 10 emails and get no response. My order was never fulfilled or shipped yet I was charged for the product and shipping.

Ordered gummies on February 2nd, 2023. Never received as of 4/18. I have a confirmation email, and when you go to the link in it it says confirmed. A month later I received a email stating problems with production and the product would be shipped out 3/1. Never happened. Numerous emails were sent with no response. Tried to cancel the order. No response. They turned their comments off on Facebook. This is a scam company. Don't waste your money. RESPONSE TO Bear Balance: Order 2019057. I have emailed both of your emails. I think you have a email problem judging by your reviews. EDIT- 4/28- As you can see by Bear Balanced response they asked for my order number. Which I provided in a edited post. Which my order would be shipped out this week. There was also a response through Trustpilot by Bear Balanced requesting my order number or my review would be deleted. I again gave it to them. I also emailed again the orders@ which was ignored and not responded to. My order shows confirmed as of this writing. The same as it did February 2nd. Still not shipped. Any positive reviews you are seeing on here are from bots or comment farms. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Or they honestly have the worst run organization ever to exist. I am just disappointed I fell for it. My only hope with this review is to warn others considering purchasing this product. EDIT 5/9/2023- I finally received the gummies yesterday. Have to be honest I feel like I was taken advantage of by the lack of communication. Makes me doubt the product that was shipped to me after 5 months is actually what they say it is. The basic trust when you buy something can quickly disappear when one part of the deal operates so shady. I won't be buying these gummies again. Sad that they probably used everyone to raise capital to manufacture their product. Good idea and great marketing doesn't make up for horrible customer relations. EDIT 5/19/2023 Bear Balanced flagged my review as fake. I emailed Trustpilot the receipt. This business is horrible. I wasn't going to add more, but I wanted to tell everyone else out here don't let them try to say your review is fake. People don't deserve to be treated this way.
