I ordered 2 bags back in January Order…
I ordered 2 bags back in January Order #2016834 and have tried to cancel get update I have emailed several time no reponse no update no refund! With all these similar reviews should follow up with something to wake them up this is bad business! So I get a response 3 years later with apologies do I get a refund or the product I ordered?

Customer service doesn't respond
Customer service appears to be non-existent. I've tried the only two contact methods with no response.

Hi Aashish, Thanks for flagging this plainly. Trying both of the routes we list and hearing nothing back from either is a failure on our side, and there is no version of it we can call acceptable. A message that goes unanswered turns a small problem into a much larger one, which is how a support channel stops serving any purpose at all. Untrustworthy company
This company is criminally negligent in fulfilling orders, does not respond to attempts to get ahold of them, and changes their customer service contact info I can only assume to intentionally dodge upset customers. I placed an order in November, a year ago, that I still haven't received, all while they continue to advertise and send emails encouraging me to buy more of their product. In January I received first one tracking number, then a different one, which continue to reflect that the order has not been delivered a year after ordering. Multiple attempts to contact the company through their stated "customer service" emails have received no reply. Update: after nearly a year of no shipment and no responses from customer service, it only took a week or two after posting my experience online for them to ship my order. Somewhere down the line since I ordered their product, they have changed their formulation from the more bioavailable creatine hydrochloride to the typical creatine monohydrate, which means it is less supply than ordered as you need to take 5 gummies per day to get the recommended 5 grams

Hi Eliza, A year between the order and the delivery, two tracking numbers that never resolved, and no answer to any of the messages in between: that is indefensible, and we are not going to argue the point. That it moved only after you wrote about it publicly makes it worse rather than better. Marketing email continuing to arrive the whole time is its own kind of insult, and that mismatch between what the sales side knew and what the fulfillment side was doing has been raised internally. DO NOT ORDER FROM BEAR BALANCED
Ordered creatine gummies. Received an email that their was a backlog in orders. Almost a year later and I have never received my order. Additionally, they are impossible to get a hold of and it's too late to get a return through my CC. Terrible company that will steal your money.. as validated by all of the other complaints.

Hi there, A backlog email followed by a year of nothing is not a delay, it is an order that was never fulfilled. Being unable to reach anyone about it meant the window to sort it out with your card issuer closed while you were still waiting, and we are sorry for both halves of that. The fulfillment failures from that stretch and the state of our contact channels have been raised internally. That does not undo any of it for you, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Ordered never received, refund request not honored!
I ordered the creatine gummies in May of 2023. After numerous emails notifying me of back orders and delayed release, I requested a refund and received no response. It seems like a scam because they're sending me ongoing marketing emails with no response to my cancelation request. My order still shows shipping in process with the order stuck in Daytona and has for nearly 6 months!

Hi Erin, An order sitting in one place for six months, a cancellation request that went unanswered, and marketing email still arriving the whole time: taken together that is a company talking at you while ignoring everything you sent back. We are sorry. The unanswered request is the part we find hardest to defend. A refund question deserves an answer whichever way it lands, and the gap between what our marketing was doing and what our fulfillment was doing has been raised with the team. This company has the worst customer…
This company has the worst customer service. I ordered from them and never received my order. I have emailed them and tried to contact them but I have not received anything from them. There is no place to leave reviews. This place is a rip off and they don’t care about the customer.

Terrible customer service
I pre-ordered 2 bags of creatine gummies from Bear Balanced about 2 months before it was available and paid for them fully. I was emailed that my order had been shipped in July 2023 and it’s now middle of September and I still haven’t received my order. I have tried contacting the company in multiple ways to either deliver the products I paid for or refund my money without any success.

I love the product
I love the product The communication is just ok I own a USA boxing gym and would like to set up a wholesale account to sell more of your product Also shipping is slow even when I pay extra!
