These gummies are quite enjoyable. They arrived promptly with the shipping.
Response from Bear BalancedOct 2, 2026
Hi Sarah, Enjoyable and prompt will do nicely. Creatine has a reputation for being a bit of a chore, so making it something people actually look forward to was most of the point. Appreciate you taking the time. Positively, Bear Balanced Team

I've been using these on and off for about a year. Shipping can sometimes be very delayed (like a month+ past expected shipping date) but I've never NOT gotten an order the half dozen or so times I've ordered. I'm just using them to supplement a vegetarian diet. Seems to supply the same benefits as the chews and powder but I get less stomach upset/gas/bowel problems with the gummies. The newest batch I received taste worse than older iterations but that's about it.

Hi Hannah, A year of ordering gives your read more weight than most, so thank you for setting it out properly rather than in a line. Delays of a month past the expected date are not something anyone should have to plan around. The batch to batch taste drop is the more useful flag though, and it has gone straight to our product team. Consistency between runs is something we ought to be getting right. Thanks, Bear Balanced Team

Definitely feel stronger, easier than normal powder creatine.
Response from Bear BalancedOct 2, 2026
Hi Ray, Feeling stronger is the measure that counts, and if getting there no longer involves a shaker bottle and a gritty drink, better still. Powder does the job, it is just very easy to skip. Thank you for the recommendation. Positively, Bear Balanced Team
GRETA
I am having the same situation as most others here. Order placed and never actually shipped. Also as soon as they gave me a tracking number I started getting phishing text messages related to the shipment. My tracking just says the item was never received by the shipper. This company is a scam.
Response from Bear BalancedSep 22, 2026
Hi Greta, An order that never physically reaches the carrier, with the tracking confirming as much, is a failure at our end of the process. We are sorry you were left watching it sit there. The phishing texts are worth separating out. Messages like that do not come from us, and we would never ask anyone for payment details or account access by text. Orders stalling after a label has been created has been raised internally, because a tracking number without a shipment behind it is worse than no tracking number at all. Thanks, Bear Balanced Team

Mine is exact the same as others this is a fraud ordered got my money and no one can give you shipping info. When you click on track order goes back to website. The only positive reviews on here are clearly them posting these as every site from BBB to this one and google all have overwhelmingly horrible reviews. Getting my money back from bank. This is a fraud don’t buy from them.
Response from Bear BalancedSep 22, 2026
Hi Chris, Taking payment and then leaving you without shipping information is the heart of this, and it is the part we cannot argue with. We are sorry. A track-order link that loops back to the website instead of showing a status is its own failure, and it has been flagged here as one. An order was paid for and the information you needed never arrived. That sits with us, whatever else is going on around it. Positively, Bear Balanced Team

There is a delay with my shipping as usual with this company. Totally unacceptable the help from them. Ordered twice by accident and no reply about cancelling one of my orders.
Response from Bear BalancedSep 25, 2026
Hi Colman, Two things went wrong here and both sit with us: the shipment ran late, and a straightforward request to cancel a duplicate order went unanswered. Silence on a question that simple is the part that stings most, and it is not the standard we hold ourselves to. The delay and the unanswered message have both been raised with the team that handles fulfillment and correspondence. Positively, Bear Balanced Team

Absolute trash company. I never write negative reviews, but I have to broadcast my experience to help prevent others from getting scammed. Like many other reviews here, I ordered and paid and got a few emails about delays and then nothing…. Multiple emails and nothing…. Finally was in contact with a sales person by text named “Jessica” who initially promised to try and help but all she did was defer me to emailing contact@bearbalanced and sales@bearbalanced and completely useless otherwise. Cutting my losses but will broadcast my experience far and wide. - Gary Order 2016939

Hi Gary, Thank you for the honest account, and we're sorry it comes so long after the fact. Paying for an order, receiving a string of delay notices, and then hearing nothing at all is not an experience we can defend. Being passed between inboxes without a real answer only made it worse, and that is on us. Your review is a clear reminder of what happens when communication breaks down, and it has shaped how we handle orders today. Thanks, Bear Balanced Team

Just started taking these a month ago and while I can not appreciate results yet, I love the taste and will definitely continue to order.
Response from Bear BalancedOct 2, 2026
Hi Heather, A month in is still early days with creatine, so your patience is well placed. The taste tends to be what carries people through that first stretch, before anything shows up in the gym. Glad it is doing that job for you. Thanks, Bear Balanced Team
