I'm obsessed with my weighted blanket but even more surprising, I'm obsessed with their bamboo sheets. I'm the #1 unbeliever of most bedding claims, but I never expected to find a company that actually makes something that lives up to them. These sheets are so so soft, and for the first time in my life, I'm sleeping easier because I'm not constantly oscillating between hot and cold. They actually help keep cool and temperate. Big fan. Would recommend. Believe the hype.

We got the Second Skin Sheet Set and they are incredible. Very soft, they sleep super cool which is great for summer in my area. I can definitely tell the difference when we put our old sheets back on. I was not as cool or comfortable. Sleep is super important to me so I'm up for trying anything that could help me sleep better and these sheets are definitely worth the investment.

I had a complicated exchange for my blanket and Bearaby customer service went above and beyond to make this process smooth! In short, my blanket was too light and I wanted to upgrade to a heavier one. I had messed up my return form and had to make several changes. Lily was patient and understanding—she helped make the changes I needed and proactively made sure the return fee didn’t apply since it was really an exchange. These blankets do come at a premium price but I feel comforted that I was able to get the perfect one for me. With the quality of most customer service nowadays, I’m frankly surprised and thankful for how smooth this process was!

Great product and great experience .

I bought the large cuddler pillow and cover directly from their website, but there’s no option to leave reviews on their website so here I am to share my experience! Shocker you can’t leave reviews on their website, given they falsely advertise their products. On the website the dimensions for the pillow/cover combo is listed as “Dimensions: Large - 75” x 8” | Medium - 54” x 7.5”, but the tag on the pillow insert says 75” x 7.5”. I’m disappointed in the false advertising, especially at this price point. It seems like the pillow cases they sell are the correct listed size (75” x 8”) because it is sags off of the pillow! I’m going to order another cover elsewhere. I would be cautious of ordering from Bearaby again in the future given they bait and switch their customers. I tried to submit a return request and they canceled it on me, so now I’m stuck with it. I guess their 30 day satisfaction guarantee is useless too. I hope this at least helps warn other potential customers!

I am very disappointed with my 20lb cotton napper (driftwood color). It came smelling mildly of chemicals, so I tried to wash it- big mistake. The scent got much worse, it smelled strongly of mold, must and chemicals as soon as it got wet, to the point that my entire house stunk. The water was a murky brown-yellow color after washing, even though it was new. Now that it's dry, parts of the blanket smell like body odor or sweat. I will never be purchasing from this company again, there is clearly something wrong with the materials used and I'm not the first person to have this issue.

The blanket is wonderful and arrived quickly.

Grateful for quick customer service. I had purchased a gift card but somehow autofill added a couple of digits to the email address. Even though it was a holiday (Memorial Day) when I emailed customer service they responded within a few hours, having corrected the email address and resent the gift card. It was quick, knowledgeable, and friendly...and made what could have been a miserable loss of funds an easy fix. Thanks!
