Purchased my first ever napper for my hubby who has RLS. I didn’t realize when I bought it that there were different sizes based on the weight (my fault) so I needed to exchange it for a larger one. I reached out to support and was helped promptly via email with next steps and a paid return label. Their customer support, I felt, was exceptional and it is very evident that Bearaby really cares and is doing everything right! This level of communication and care is hard to come by these days so I was very pleased with my entire experience. New napper is on the way and hubby can’t wait. The napper we had to exchange came in a beautiful bag and is very high quality. Loved the color too (Ocean Whisper). We are hopeful this helps him sleep better.

Ordered a blanket and eye mask. Only the blanket came in when the email and tracking said both should be there. I contacted and the next day it showed up before the could answer. Very fast and comfortable experience.

This is the first weighted blanket that didn't make me too hot! I am very hot-natured and can usually only use a sheet (if that) in the summertime. Not with this. The open weave allowed the breeze from my fan to reach me and kept me cool all night.

My wife says blanket is too heavy for her. I would like to return for a refund. Thanks

My first Bearaby order was for the 15-lb Cotton Napper, but after trying it, I decided I would prefer the lighter 10-lb TENCEL Napper. The exchange process was incredibly easy and completely hassle-free. After struggling with sleep issues for many years, I can honestly say my Bearaby Napper has calmed so much of that nighttime restlessness and made a real difference in my sleep. Bearaby staff are helpful and professional. As a result of their assistance, and research, I ended up buying a set of their king sized sheets. I couldn't be happier. The sheets are light as a feather, feel silky soft and take up a lot less space in the washing machine than do standard king cotton percale sheets. I also just purchased a second one of their weighted blankets. I truly sleep so much better with Bearaby! This is a very reliable company.
