Have used Beanz for years, great service and choice of coffee. We had a problem recently with an order (It was an issue due to the coffee company or delivery company) but Beanz rectified it quickly and without fuss. Will continue to use and love fresh coffee beans arriving through my door on demand 💓

We have accidentally received extra bags of coffee. The supper team was very quick and dealt with our issue without any problems

Beanz hat mir durch Vermittlung eines anderen Unternehmens, selbstlos bei der Lösung eines Problems mit meiner Espressomaschine geholfen.

They won't mail to a USPS PO Box even though they use USPS. Why would you rule out potential customers with a pointless rule. I was promised 2 free bags and a discount for a subscription with my $2300 Breville. This is messed up

Your feedback is appreciated and we are sorry for the frustration this has caused. We completely understand how disappointing this must be, particularly given the investment you have made. Delivery parameters, including address restrictions, are determined by our shipping partners and are unfortunately outside of our direct control. We apologize for this.
