Great bikes and staff is super friendly and helpful!

We found the perfect size for my 5'1" wife, and we ride 10-20 miles weekly in Ventura along the coast, utter bliss. Beachbikes helped us find the most durable and beautiful beach cruiser!

Overall, the process for customizing and ordering my bike was pretty straightforward. Customer service responded in a fair amount of time to inquiries. Had a few hiccups in assembling the bike, but once it was done, I was, and am, very happy with my purchase.

Poor Communication ..................I emailed them immediately after placing my order as i omitted the suite number for my delivery. I was never able to reach a live person nor did they respond to my inquiry. The bike was delivered, but no thanks to their customer service.

As much as I love the style of my bike, the quality is not the same as it was years ago. My kickstand continues to be a problem. It is small and cheap, even though my bike was not inexpensive! Very disappointing that it isn't the sturdy permanently attached kickstand as on some other models.

Bike literally began to drop parts within a week. Front fender fell off and almost caused wreck. Attempted to contact company for support and possibly replacement parts ——like screws. No response and eventually very poor inadequate, half hearted response. The worst online purchase I’ve ever made. Customer service nonexistent. I’m done with this company.
