I'm 60 years-old, and got a Firmstrong Chief 3-speed cruiser. I enjoy riding the bike around our development. The bike is easy and fun to ride, it makes me feel a bit like a kid again. Assembly was relatively easy. I had not found the assembly videos prior to assembly, but was able to assemble it with the printed instructions. I'm not a bike mechanic, and needed to purchase some metric hex wrenches. Had I looked ahead at the assembly videos I would have figured that out and had the correct tools in advance. I'm very pleased with the purchase, and highly recommend Beachbikes.

It took over a month to receive my bike with absolutely NO updates. I had to repeatedly call and leave messages to get any information. When I finally received the bike (which I love by the way), there was one part that was custom but didn't fit the frame so I had to return it. It has now been 2 months and there are STILL items that I ordered and paid for that are missing and again NO updates. I have to repeatedly call. I just cancelled the remaining parts and I will purchase them somewhere else.

This is the second bike I have purchased from Beach Bikes. I live on the opposite side of the country from them. In both cases, the bikes have shown up in a short amount of time and in excellent condition. I love the story of the company and their service has been outstanding.

Love my new cruiser bike! It's perfect! Very quick shipment and pretty easy to build. I did it all by myself!

The staff is a complete joke, never again.

The sixthreezero Classic Edition 3-speed is awesome! Comfort, ride and appearance are great. Customer service was outstanding when I ran into a couple glitches as well. Highly recommend the company and the bike.

Ordered Basket for recently purchased bike. Going on 6 weeks now and still no basket. Called after 3 weeks to inquire. They said it would be sent out that day. 1 week later, still no basket and worse, no word. Called again and told it will take 4 more weeks. BTW - still no email from company about delay.

The bike was very easy to assemble and it was better than expected. THANK YOU!! My daughter couldn’t have been happier!!
