Great bike! It came promptly (3 or 4 days, I live in SF) and is a comfortable ride.

I was so excited about this bike. What a neat idea to customize a beach bike. Unfortunately, the bike showed up with the decals still on. I had paid for them to be taken off. While it looks nice it doesn't look as great as the picture. I thought the walls of the tire were going to be more yellow. That one is one me. However, I was still super excited to ride it. Then right after the tire was blown up it popped. I had to wait even longer. This has never happened to me before and I have blown up lots of tires. Not sure if it was defective. The front tire was warped as well. Super bummed. Great idea beach bikes but maybe we just need to get more help to ensure that the order comes as requested. The packaging was a mess like it had been opened. It makes me feel like they sent me one right away that was returned without taking the decals off. Still a fun ride.

Super awesome customer service. Answered my questions over the phone, ordered online. I customized 1 of the 2 I purchased. Was on my doorstep 4 days later. I don't know if that's typical, but I was surprised!!

The best! This was the third bike purchased from Beachbikes and they did not disappoint! Placed the order on Monday afternoon and left a note saying it was our daughter’s birthday the upcoming weekend and it was a present for her and even though the site says 4-5 business days, they got it to us on Saturday, in time for her birthday on Sunday!! The bike is beautiful and was easy to assemble with easy to read instructions! We tell everyone we know to purchase from here!

The customer service was excellent

I was really excited to find an affordable beach cruiser online! My ordering process was very confusing. I received an email saying my bike was shipped in delivered, however I never received my bike. The shipping information was misleading. I contacted customer service and they were able to notify my bike had actually not shipped that I would be provided another tracking number when it left the warehouse. After once again not receiving a tracking number several days after I was told I was I contacted customer service once again. This time I was given a tracking number. Customer service responses were timely and helpful, but I wonder what would have happened if I didn’t follow up. I finally received my bike 3 weeks after ordering. It was easy to put together, and so far I love it. I was disappointed my bike is more purple than pink. It doesn’t look anything like the pink color on the website.

Perfect bike for beach living. Very good assembly instructions. Great and timely service in resolving a very minor issue. Highly recommend!
