Before discovering Bcengi I was using another well known E sim. You were restricted to a region and had to purchase your usage in advance with a time limit. Now with the Bcengi E sim I just put a few dollars on the sim and can travel anywhere without ever having to change sims or locations. I am only charged for what I use and the balance is available the next time I travel. I have used it in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Australia with no problems at all. I also purchased one for my wife and have just had customer service link it to mine so that I can see both sims on the app without having to log out. The customer service people were very helpful and quick to respond.

Was struggling to setup the esim on my phone. Opened the chatbot, and to my surprise Misha (Human) took over and helped me quickly. In the world of everything AI, it was great to have a personal tech.

Customer service is 2nd to none. Although I couldn't use the sim because the country of my phone was incompatible, I found Customer Service to be responsive and attentive. Notification of refund given within minutes of my email requesting it. My advice is check the country of your is compatible before you buy.

Great experience with Bcengi. Did a river cruise in Europe through four different countries. It worked seamlessly throughout the journey. Great customer service too. I got a new phone and needed to transfer my eSIM. Clarice replied to my email immediately with a QR code which allowed me to reinstall Bcengi on my new phone. She even followed up to see if everything was ok. Very happy customer 😊
